well another christmas has come and gone, now onto the new year! craziness is all i can say about it. though it was a good time. open gifts at my parents place, then drive for 30 mins to my grandparents place to open more. WONDERFUL! and i got pestered by my uncle. which is ok. lots of food!!! turkey galore. and talk about the junk food!! gaaaaah... my tummy. and then tomorrow we're having a lebanese dinner at my grand parents place! cant wait!! gaaaah.. soo good. gonna leanr how to make it myself one of these days. maybe tomorrow. hopefully. and then we go home again! gaaah.. i love my grandparents.. theyre crazy, but i still love them. aaaahhhh... i got like a ton of gouache for christmas!! excited about it, kinda sad though... but still very enjoyable. annnd i got my mp3 player!! and its PINK!!! wooo! got some clothes.. and these kick ass fuzzy furry slippers!!! and some money.. and some things for my apartment... and these nifty lamps!! haha.. i got kitchen stuff.. i feel so old. but i love it!!
ahhhhh... great times. now everyone remember about the new years party iim having!! be there or be a lame ass!!! bring drinks!

wtf...O_o
well last night was a great time! pre drinks at pjs place was a good ol' time. talking and getting drunk, and taking random pics are always fun. then me and kelley, being slow asses as we are, got stopped by some random crazy lady asking us for a toonie.. and then continued talking to us.. kelley was of no help, cause she kept talking to her!! gaaaah... and then she was saying something about being beat up by her bf/husband? anyways... kelley told her to get a bat, and the lady said she did that! hahaha.. oh dear lord...O_o so then kelley was all like, "GET A HAMMER AND BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF HIM!!!" in her loudest voice possible of course. and then we ran away as soon as she turned around, for 2 blocks. wasnt that great?! ugh.. drunk... running out of shape, not a good mixture.
then after all that, we got to the bowling alley. fun! everyone was glowing! from the black light, and prob sweat. eww. haha. and then we all did shot of kalua?!? what.. i cant spell that, let alone drink it.. gross! the bowling part was fun though. but they only have 5 pins here! what!? 5 pins?? thats madness! we have 10 pins!! gahaha.. more things to hit with small hard balls! i got second place though on my team! cause i rock!
then after all that fun stuff, we decided to go to sandys. well wasnt that a great idea! damn im jealous of his place and all of the nifty things he has. bleh. got to see some of his sketch books, and well shit.. mine looks like crap compare to his old stuff when he was in college. and the funny part of going to sandys is we smoked up with our teacher. that makes this year awesome. haha.
so then, me and emily decided to go and get some chinese food. that was delightful. i was sooo stuffed! gaaah.. but it was worth it. that my friends was deffinitly one of the best night over here!
haha.. and now its time to go home, and chillax. though i will miss people terribly. even though its only going to be for 2 weeks, but still.
they say the people you meet in college, usually end up being your friends for life. well so far of my first college experince i can say i do have a few friends, that no matter where i go, they will always be there for me, as i for them. now meeting these crazy characters over here, i know itll be the same.

1/4 way done of graphic design
that is freaking scary... thats im 1/4 way done of this course. it like flew by so fast. gaaah..
well anyways, i got my evaluation over and done with today. and it went well!! wooo! i have to up some things, but all in all, i did well, and the 72% i gave myself was lower than what i got, which is fantastic! now i have to take all of that stuff home... which is going to be insane.. haha. some of it will go back on my wall!
you guys are going to hate me for this... buuuuut, brad talked to me last night, and says he misses me a lot. and that he really does love me, and cant wait for the summer. heehee!

pfffffttt
i didnt have my evaluation today... looks like ill be getting up early for tomorrow. gaah. i was hoping id have no more early morning till i come back here. oh well, things could be worse. like, i could suck really bad at everything, and like, be sent back home. but that will never happen. haa.
im going to miss it here during the holidays. cause i was thinking today how its going to suck going home and be away from everyone. which is weird. i like living on my own. its nice. i do miss my family, and the very few friends i have at home. gaaah... it should be fun though! i get to see my family i havent seen since like, last Christmas, and the summer, and i get to go visit people, and do the traditional thing we always do every christmas for the past 20 years, and thats going to val and regs place for christmas eve. i cant wait! i think this year im more excited about going there, than christmas day itself. i get to go out and drink with the boys! haha! they think its funny that i drink now. oooh.. theyre so silly, my older bros. i wonder if they will go out to the bars this year, thatd be cool. hrrm... i should ask them. and then we get to go home, open one gift, which is a christmas ornament like every year. christmas day is fun. we open everything, make a mess, get breakfast, and then go to my grandparents house, and make another mess. teehee! im excited.
this year im having myself a new years party. hopefully people can make it. it will be my first new years party, ever. kinda sad that ive never been to one let alone have one. so yah, excited!! you people best be coming. im thinking of maybe people bring some like food, so it could almost be like a pot-luck thinger... but then again.. maybe not.. i dunno. maybe just munchies? hrrmmm.. maybe. depends on how many people come. cant wait!
my god.. im bored.. having nothing due is nice, but already its driving me nuts cause i have nothing to do, maybe after my evaluation ill go shopping. yah... that sounds good. =) shopping is always fun.

Sunsets.... never EVER do a sunset in gouache.. unless you want to go insane... i think sandy is going to kill me for it... at least it doesnt look really painterly like.

well.. im back here
havent been on blogger for like a million years.. back on it cause, i now know people on this site. hahaha... this is silly. so yah!! i hope you guys are happy i reactivated this space. the things i do. gawh.
so nothing much going on in my life... school is almost done for the holidays, which is grand! i get to go home and see my family. and... friends? fuck you pictou county. i wish my friends lived closer to me.. maybe ill go to halifax for a day, and see some of them. why do you guys live so far away??? ugh... and now im going home for 2 weeks, ill be missing my islander friends. speaking of missing.. i miss brad. awww... and he misses me. i think thats awesome. i wish he wouldve stayed until after Christmas before going out west. oh well. he best be coming home before my birthday!
